This notice describes how the Mokbel Digital website handles information submitted through the public contact form, ordinary website technical logs, and optional aggregate analytics when you choose to allow them.

Information we collect

If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, organization name, area of interest, message content, language preference, and the page from which you submitted the form.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and request timing needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

We use enquiry details to respond to your message and, where relevant, to continue a project or product conversation.

We do not sell personal information. We do not load third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Optional aggregate analytics

If you accept analytics, we may use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived by the analytics provider, device or browser type, and privacy-safe interaction events (for example, that a contact form was submitted successfully, or that a product card or primary call-to-action was selected).

Analytics is loaded only after you give explicit consent, and only on the production website when a Measurement ID is configured. Staging, preview, and local development traffic are not tracked.

Contact-form contents — including names, email addresses, organization names, and message text — are not sent to Google Analytics. You can accept, reject, change, or withdraw analytics consent at any time using the controls on this page or the site banner.

Retention and contact

Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation and meet ordinary business or legal obligations.
